POLICY: All City Barber Co. maintains the right to charge clients who cancel within 24hrs of booking 100% of the cost of services. Scheduled Men's Haircuts who reschedule in the same day will be charged an additional $5. Clients who do not show for a scheduled appointment are responsible for full service cost.
